(Maggie)Momma I am really sorry that I jumped up on the kitchen table and broke your favorite yellow vase full of flowers.
(Momma)I don't have time to talk to you about it right now Maggie, I am on the way to the store to see if I can replace the vase and buy a BIG spray bottle to fill with water...(Momma smiles to herself, and thinks..Oh my I had forgot how much trouble little kitty's get into. Maggie is still my baby and I love her..Sigh)

Oops! Sounds like your mom has to do a little more Maggie-proofing.
Right on Wm! What on earth WAS she thinking with the breakable vase anyway?

Cats and Flowers do not mix. Actually they mix quite well. Unfortunately, one or the other ends up on the floor and only cats can land on their feet.

I am not as good at kitty speak as you are but I enjoy trying and appreciate you and other kitty bloggers humoring my attempts!
When I was almost 12 (I am now almost 32) we got a calico kitty- true calico like your beautiful baby with the orange and all- from a family/ friend of a friend. She was born on April 29, 1986.
Unfortunately for us, she left our family in April of 2001- just shy of her birthday. Her name was Ivy and she has beautiful stone marker over her ashes in my mom's garden- we miss her still, of course. You are beautiful in your own right Maggie but it is also a warm reminder of when Ivy was a wee and wily babe!
Karen- huemun mom of Annie and Sylvia.
