You need to break something to learn: walk carefully around stuff like that or you ARE in trouble.
How can you be in trouble. You didn't do it? Did somebody see you do it? Is there any proof? Anybody can tell you are too cute to do anything like that.

Are you sure you're the one who did it? Patches, Badness, and William are right: Cute cats don't break things. That's just a known fact.
Everyone knows The Dog did it! It's always The Dog's fault.
You are just too cute, Miss Maggie. You could come stay with us, but I don't think Meepsie would like it. She loves me, you know.
