I saw my first birdie!! Can I go outside now? I promise to only put the birdie seed in the feeder and come right back inside..can I please? PLEASE....

In my house we call that "Cat TV."

We just chirp at the birds through the screen and dream of chasing them.
I like watching the birdies on the bird table through our big windows. But when I go outside to say hello to them, they all fly away. I sit by the bird table and wait for them to come back, but they don't. I can't understand it.
